Shipping and returns

We ship spare parts and car accessories by express courier throughout Italy. Trailers and vans are not shipped: they are collected at our premises or, on request, delivered by dedicated transport to be quoted.

Items in stock leave within one working day of payment confirmation and normally arrive in 2-4 working days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and volume.

For items not in stock we state the sourcing time before confirming the order.

You can choose collection with no shipping cost: we let you know when the order is ready and hold it for you during opening hours.

Check the condition of the packaging on delivery. If there is visible damage, accept the goods with a written reservation on the courier's document and report it to us within a few days, attaching photos.

Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, returning the item intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, unless the product was wrong or faulty.

To start a return, write to us with the order number and item code: we will send instructions and the return address. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the purchase.

Configured trailers, custom fit-outs and items cut to measure are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except in case of non-conformity.
